REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Period:

Equitio does not offer a cancellation period to its users. Users cannot apply for a refund after taking up any challenge. The only way of getting refunded is by passing the 1-2 step challenge and becoming eligible for a payout..

Eligibility for a Refund:

Equitio's refund policy states that the only refund a user can get is the challenge application fee that they had paid to enroll for the trading challenge. The fee is refunded to the traders with their first payout. This is applicable only for 1-step and 2-step challenges. Challenge application fee is not refunded for instant funding challenges.

Applying for a Refund:

The user must get in touch with our customer service team at (email ID) and submit the following details to receive a refund within the designated cancellation period:

  • Full name of the user
  • Customer user-ID
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Complaints, if any

Refund Process:

Equitio takes a period of 2+ weeks to process payouts. Payouts are processed on the 15th of every month. There is a 15 days waiting period between requesting and processing a payout as once a payout is requested, the user's performance is reviewed and, if deemed fit, the payout is issued in few hours. Let's say, a user passes their challenge and applies for a payout on 31st of October, then their payout will be processed on 15th of November.

Refund Amount:

The total cost of the services, as specified in the initial transaction, less any applicable fees or charges, will be the amount that is reimbursed. If the user applies any discount while making the purchase, the refund amount will be as same as the discounted price of the service.

Compliance with this policy:

It is the user’s responsibility to become familiar with this refund policy. You as a user are confirming that you have read this refund policy and that you understand and accept all its conditions by placing an order for any of our products.

Dispute Policy:

Users who dispute charges or improperly request chargebacks from their bank will be permanently barred from the platform.
